This online survey is designed for members
and friends of All Souls who have received a printed survey
in the
mail and have
their survey code at hand.
Thank
you in advance for the time you will spend thinking about
and answering the questions in this survey. We anticipate
that it will take about 30 minutes to complete. It is vital
that you complete this survey whether or not you participated
in a Listening Circle.
The goal
of this survey is to develop a better understanding of you,
the people who comprise the All Souls congregation. We
also want to understand the role All Souls plays in your life
today, explore your ideas about how All Souls can be improved,
and understand your goals and hopes for our future—in our
city, our country, and the world.
