Friday Soup Kitchen

The Friday Soup Kitchen serves lunch to approximately 160 neighbors who are in economic crisis. About 25 volunteers are needed to prepare and to serve.

Commitments are very flexible: a volunteer can come every week, every other week, once a month or once a year. Additionally, volunteers can just come to set up, serve, or clean up.

Most volunteers show up at 10:30 a.m. to prepare food and set tables. At 12 noon, guests arrive and after serving and cleaning up, volunteers leave around 1 p.m.
