Girl Scouts celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2012. Our troops have registered a record 65 girls drawn from 25 schools, 14 women volunteer Leaders, and 10 mothers in our four troops for the 2013-14 year. Our Brownies (1-3 grades), Juniors (4-5 grades), Cadettes (6-7 grades), and Seniors (8-11 grades) troops are filled to capacity. Troops meet weekly on Monday and Tuesday evenings during the school year at the Clinton Community Center (CCC) at 110th and Lexington, while all other meetups and gatherings take place at St. Edwards Church at 14 E 109th St.

The Girl Scout program offers extraordinary opportunities for girls to grow, learn, and have fun. It is based on the Girl Scout Promise and Law that generations of girls have followed. In 2008, Girl Scouts launched the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, represented by three keys of leadership—Discover, Connect, and Take Action—to promote the Girl Scout Mission:
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.

Our program is supported by Heart and Soul Charitable Fund and the contributions by girls, parents and cookie sales. Sandra Fisher, a member of All Souls, has led the community outreach program for 12 years.

We recruit leaders and girls, organize programs, plan trips and community service, sell cookies, and work with the East River Service Unit and Girl Scout Council of Greater New York. In 2013, our scouts, moms, and leaders sold $23,000 in cookie sales! Thanks to everyone!

The Leaders in 2013-14 who are members of All Souls: Sandra Fisher, Rachel Epley, Margize Howell, Jessica Linderman, Melina Pearson, Sarah Meskunas.
