AIDS Task Force


Twenty-five years ago, All Souls responded courageously to the emerging AIDS epidemic, taking a stand on the side of social justice in response to this epidemic, which was paralyzing and polarizing the city and the nation. From December 1 through 5, 2010, we held a series of events to remember and memorialize those efforts and to address the continuing challenges posed by the ongoing epidemic and faced by those living with HIV/AIDS.

Congregational Business

Verified members of All Souls have access to congregational reports, such as the budget, financial statements, and Board meeting minutes. Members may view these here (if you are not logged in, you will be asked to do so).

Congregational Annual Meeting:

On the first Sunday in February each year, All Souls holds its Annual Meeting of the Congregation.

At this meeting, among other tasks:

  • New members are elected to the Board of Trustees
  • Reports are presented by ministers and key staff
  • Reports and other supporting material are available for review
  • Issues are discussed

A packet of material is prepared for this meeting, which includes biographies for Board candidates, a call to meeting and agenda, and financial and group reports. Read the 2012 Annual Meeting packet.
