You Can Honor Forrest Church's Legacy By Giving to
the Forrest Church Fund for
the Advancement of Liberal Religion
Established in June of 2008, the Forrest Church Fund for the Advancement of Liberal Religion (FCF) is a tribute to the most influential Unitarian Universalist minister of the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
Through his words, both spoken and penned, created over the course of his extraordinary thirty year career as Minister of All Souls Unitarian Church in New York City, Forrest has called Unitarian Universalists to wrestle with the compelling questions of life, faith, human frailty, and death—“the dual reality of being alive and having to die.” He has also been the unparalleled public voice of our faith.
This unrestricted endowment initiative is a way for you to honor Forrest’s legacy and support Unitarian Universalism in its broadest dimensions. The FCF will support such programs as:
- public theology
- independent scholarship
- lectureships and conferences
- radio and media outreach
- other programs that will enhance our public voice
To make a gift to the Forrest Church Fund today please call Ann Gorycki at All Souls at (212) 535-5530. If you prefer to mail a check, please make the check out to “All Souls” and put “FCF” in the memo line of the check. Mail your check to:

Alternatively, you may make a credit card contribution to the Forrest Church Fund at All Souls through the Unitarian Universalist Association.
The true test of someone’s success is to see an institution thrive long after they are gone. Thank you in advance for your support for Forrest and over 30 years of work at All Souls.
