Susan lambiase, Executive Director

Susan comes to All Souls after spending 17 years in executive management at Children’s Rights, a nationally recognized advocacy organization that works on behalf of abused and neglected children. A lawyer by training, Susan helped launch Children’s Rights in 1995 and was a principal architect of its sustained growth and success. She was responsible for overall organizational management, including creating and implementing strategic plans, developing and managing budgets and overseeing the legal department. Susan began her career as a prosecutor in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office under Elizabeth Holtzman, where she handled sex crimes, domestic violence, child abuse and homicide cases. She also spent time in private practice as a civil rights lawyer. Susan is a Native New Yorker, has three children and lives in Brooklyn.
